We collect, process and use personal data provided to us by the creators (clients). This includes in particular
- Names, contact details (e.g. e-mail addresses, telephone numbers)
- Social media account data (e.g. user names, access data)
- Content that is transmitted to us for publication on social media platforms (e.g. images, videos, texts)
- Information on interaction on social media platforms (e.g. followers, comments)

The data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
- Administration and management of social media accounts
- Creation and publication of content on behalf of the creator
- Analysis of the performance and optimization of the social media presence
- Communication with creators regarding social media activities
- legal basis for the processing
The processing of personal data is based on the following legal bases:
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the Creator.
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR: Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our agency, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the creator.

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties in the following cases:
- To external service providers (e.g. hosting providers, social media platforms) who support us in the provision of our services
- If there is a legal obligation to disclose
- If it is necessary to enforce our rights or assert legal claims

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. These measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

Personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes or as required by law.
8 Rights of the data subject
According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
If your personal data is processed, you have the right to receive information about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR).
If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of the processing and object to the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
If you have consented to data processing and the data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have a right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, the DIHK will check whether the legal requirements are met.
8.1 Right to information
If you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against the controller, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
You have the right to be informed about these recipients by the controller.
8.2 Right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law
You have the right to withdraw your declaration of consent under data protection law at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
8.3 Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
